The Senior Manager - HR will lead the companys HR functions across India. Thisrole encompasses end-to-end management of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, policydevelopment, employee engagement, and HR automation. The incumbent will ensure seamlesscompliance, oversee welfare programs, and supervise administrative operations across multiplelocations.Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned withorganizational goals. Manage payroll processing, salary administration, compliance, and budgeting to ensure timelysalary disbursements. Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes. Drive employee engagement, grievance resolution, and welfare activities. Maintain accurate and accessible digital HR records and organizational charts. Conduct annual salary surveys and update job descriptions regularlySupervise administrative functions and participate in management meetings. Champion HR automation and mobile app integration to enhance efficiency. Manage high-volume communication across calls, emails, and messaging platforms in a multistateoperational environmentCandidate Profile: 10-15 years of progressive HR experience managing large teams (1000+ employees) andmultiple branches/warehouses. Strong expertise in payroll management, employee relations, and grievance handling Exceptional multitasking, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-driven, ambitious, and aligned with career growth opportunities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high communication demands.
