We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager for our Research & Development (R&D) team. The ideal candidate will oversee the timely completion of projects with a focus on quality, mentor a dynamic team, and coordinate effectively across departments. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking in the field of industrial research.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of R&D projects.Plan, execute, and monitor project milestones to meet deadlines.Team Leadership:Mentor and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.Interdepartmental Coordination:Facilitate seamless coordination between different departments to ensure project alignment and smooth operations.Act as a bridge between R&D and other departments to achieve organizational goals.Documentation and Data Analysis:Maintain accurate records of R&D activities, including data analysis and project documentation.Prepare detailed reports for internal reviews and presentations to senior management.Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS):Implement and oversee QEHS systems, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Aspect Impact Analysis (AIA).Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations within the R&D lab.Innovation and Intellectual Property:Lead the process of research publications and patent filings to secure intellectual property.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new findings into ongoing research.Qualifications:Ph.D./M.Sc in Chemistry.(Inorganic)Minimum 5 years of experience if Ph.d and Minimum 10 years of experience in case of M.sc an industrial research laboratory.Strong managerial and leadership skills.Analytical, logical, and creative problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills for e
