Develop and maintain strong relationships with industries, recruiters, and HR professionals for student placements.Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.Organize resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and skill development sessions.Provide career counseling and guidance to students for job search strategies and career growth.Maintain and update the placement database, records, and recruitment statistics.Prepare placement reports and analysis for university leadership.Preferred candidate profileBachelors/Masters degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 2 - 10 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or career services (Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also apply)Experience in campus recruitment, student training, or corporate liaisonStrong networking and relationship management skills with recruiters and HR professionalsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to guide students in resume building, interview skills, and career planning
