I had a chance to work with Swati on a few requirements that we had for a domestic client and also an international one. She worked diligently to find us the right profiles (which was a tough job, considering that the technologies that were in question were very new in the market). She was always polite and had clarity of thought and action. She also followed up well with the candidates and ensured that there were no missing pieces in the journey (from their interview to job offer).\r\nOverall, we had a great experience working with Swati and I would recommend her to anyone for their hiring requirements, based on the qualities mentioned above.
