Sales & Retention: Assist in telesales activities for customer retention and upselling opportunities. Communication: Handle customer queries and provide support in a professional manner. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Communications, Business, or Finance). Experience: - Freshers are welcome. - Candidates with 1+ years of experience in collections, outbound sales, or customer support will be preferred. Skills: - Strong verbal communication skills in English + Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Tech Proficiency: - Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office - Comfortable handling customer interactions over calls and emails
