What We're Looking For:- 7 +Years of experience- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for backend development.- Strong experience with Kafka and AWS services.- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Github Actions.- Experience in web application development and a strong advocate for best practices like pairing, test-driven development (TDD), and story writing.- Willingness to engage in full stack development, covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.- Excellent consulting skills and adept at managing stakeholders.- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on supporting both individual and team growth.What You'll Be Doing:-Developing backend components using Java/Spring Boot.-Leveraging AWS services such as ECS, IAM, Cloudwatch, S3, and Lambda to build scalable and reliable applications.-Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration.-Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.-Contributing to web application development, adhering to best practices like pairing, TDD, and story writing.-Participating in full stack development, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks as needed.-Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.-Providing leadership within the team, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.-Exploring and potentially implementing additional technologies like AWS SES, MongoDB, React JS, and Kafka as needed, with a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.

Ability to convert the use cases into wireframe design Ability to lead and guide the team with industry best practices Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Strong understanding and basic hands-on experience with REST API, and Microservices. Strong in design thinking. Good understanding of UX frameworks like Figma, XD, PS, etc., and should be able to work with the UX team to build wireframes and designs.
