- experience in web application development and a strong advocate for best practices like pairing, test-driven development (tdd), and story writing.

- willingness to engage in full stack development, covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

- demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on supporting both individual and team growth.

what you'll be doing:

-developing backend components using java/spring boot.

-leveraging aws services such as ecs, iam, cloudwatch, s3, and lambda to build scalable and reliable applications.

-managing infrastructure as code using terraform to automate deployment and configuration.

-setting up and maintaining ci/cd pipelines using github actions to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

-contributing to web application development, adhering to best practices like pairing, tdd, and story writing.

-participating in full stack development, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks as needed.

-engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.

-providing leadership within the team, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

-exploring and potentially implementing additional technologies like aws ses, mongodb, react js, and kafka as needed, with a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
