Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive for a sales-focused role. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and driving revenue through product/service sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Minimum graduation is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.Explain products/services clearly and convert leads into sales.Maintain follow-up communication with potential customers.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.Requirements:Minimum Graduate in any discipline.Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.Preferred Candidates (Optional):Prior experience in sales, telesales, or business development.Enthusiastic individuals who are confident over calls.Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
