Mission of the candidateJob Responsibilities:Assist the CEO of the respective country in undertaking responsibilities related to the finance organization's accounting, funding, taxation, subsidiary management, and internal controls, ensuring effective implementation on the front lines.Maintain good communication with external agencies (tax authorities, auditors, banks, statistical bureaus, etc.) to meet the external compliance requirements of the respective country.Manage budgeting and forecasting for funds, taxes, and corporate dimensions; apply for tax incentives; initiate reviews of subsidiary solutions and entity changes; fulfill the front-line responsibilities of finance.Execute on-site financial operations overseas, such as negotiations with tax authorities, inventory counts, bank counter transactions, letter of guarantee and local document management, bill management and reconciliation, annual audit management, tax annual inspections, and data submissions to external entities (statistical bureaus, central banks) for subsidiaries.Foster a strong internal control atmosphere within the representative office; participate in high-risk activities such as procurement and expense reimbursements; identify issues using internal control tools and promote closure to achieve financial oversight.
