We believe the sustainability of our business is through a diverse work culture and openness to equal levels of opportunities.Job DescriptionWe are looking forward to a Data-Driven HR Manager joining our organization who help us to identify recruitment needs, ensure employee welfare, and strategic approach in designing recruitment plans and business plans.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify Hiring needs and develop strategic solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.Provide guidance and input on team restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and sales team performance.Plan a recruitment strategyInvolve in recruitment and team handling.Analyze trends and metrics in the HR departmentEmployee Grievance handlingEmployee engagementProvide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure best HR practicesKey requirements5 years of working experience as an HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople-oriented and Goal-driven.Knowledge of HRIS systems and databasesExperience in designing Strategic plans Excellent active listening,Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to effectively engage and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesBachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
