Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.Strong background in consultancy recruitment, with a deep understanding of the hiring landscape.Candidates ok to work on target based job and have prior experience into target based alone applyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.Immediate joinees or maximum within 15 days is given first preferenceInterested candidates can contact Prashanth HR @ 9360810536 9.30a.m. and before 6p.m. Monday to friday only
