Sourcing through various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc Determines applicants qualification by interviewing applicants. Analyzing responses; verifying references as per requirement. Map the market for availability of resources. Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies. Volume hiring and Drafting job posting on the portals Interviewing applicants and matching their skills with the job requirements. Negotiating Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks. Responsible for candidates joining.Desired Candidate Profile: Self disciplined and have a positive attitude. The Candidate should be Proficient in MS-office and Mailing Etiquettes The Candidate should have People management, leadership skills.
