- Make outbound calls to potential customers: You will be responsible for making calls to prospective customers to promote products or services offered by the company.- Maintain customer records: You will need to accurately record and update customer information in the database during and after each call for future reference.- Provide information to customers: You will need to effectively communicate details about products or services, answer queries, and provide information to customers to generate interest and potentially secure sales.- Follow up with customers: It will be your responsibility to follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, in order to convert leads into sales.- Meet monthly targets: You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company to contribute towards the overall sales goals.Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills in Hindi: As a telecaller, you must have strong verbal communication skills in Hindi to effectively engage with customers over the phone.- Basic sales acumen: A basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade and convince customers is essential for this role.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment to make a high volume of calls and achieve targets.- Good presentation skills: You should possess good presentation skills to effectively pitch products or services to customers over the phone.- Team player: You should be a team player and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common sales goals.
