We're looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Manager with a Vehicle Engineering background to join our team. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with clients in the automotive industry.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for vehicle engineering products/services- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and communicate value to customers- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing decisions- Manage marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows- Work with sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand market shareRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field- MBA or equivalent experience preferred- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry- Strong understanding of vehicle engineering principles and industry trends- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthDesired Skills:- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising)- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
