Error free logins of loan & credit card cases on bank portals. 3. Error free filling of physical applications and dropping it directly at lenders' branch physically whenever or wherever required. 4. Keeping regular follow-up with bank ops team for status of sourced applications. 5. Clearing documentation pendency informed by bank team by coordinating with clients/associates. 6. Maintaining all day-to-day activity of client visits, bank visits, leads generated, etc. 7. Responsible for activation of all sourced cards.
