Taking details from Sales team with regards to any new orders / projects. Assist the Sales manager with day-to-day project & operation related issues. Conducting Site surveys. Pre-sales (Coordinate with vendors & maintain a proper database of products required). Sourcing the required materials as per the specifications, bill of quantities, drawings & client requirement. Regularly update & maintain the report of stock available in store. Prepare & finalize the Estimation (cost for completion of a project). Preparation of project proposals which involves designing, drawing & preparation of BOQ & BOM. Preparation of technical proposals, technical documents & generation of all required documentation such as work method statements, implementation plans, technical write-up work schedule while complying with the instructions to bidders & ensuring the responsiveness of the proposal. Ensuring that all Equipments are in-line with the required specification. Give technical clarifications to the Clients / Consultants / Sub-Contractors. Supervise the Presentations / Demonstration of the suitable solution according to the clients requirement. Monitoring the Installation & troubleshooting of IP for video Surveillance Networks, Software Solutions. General troubleshooting. Creating & carrying out test procedures. Supervise the Installation, configuration, testing & commissioning of all IT/ELV related products like Access Control, CCTV (Analog/IP), VMS Integration, ANPR Cameras, PA System, Gate Barrier, Intercom, SMATV/IPTV, Fiber Optic Communications, Parking Management System, Structured Cabling, Networking etc. Handling the on-site Installation & coordination related to ELV Systems. Supervise the Installation & Configuration of Wireless Access Points, Controllers, PoE & Non-PoE Switches & Routers like Aruba, Cisco, TP Link, Troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues. Assisting in the Configuration of VLAN & Firewalls.
