taking details from sales team with regards to any new orders / projects.

 assist the sales manager with day-to-day project & operation related issues.

 conducting site surveys.

 pre-sales (coordinate with vendors & maintain a proper database of products

required).

 sourcing the required materials as per the specifications, bill of quantities,

drawings & client requirement.

 regularly update & maintain the report of stock available in store.

 prepare & finalize the estimation (cost for completion of a project).

 preparation of project proposals which involves designing, drawing &

preparation of boq & bom.

 preparation of technical proposals, technical documents & generation of all

required documentation such as work method statements, implementation

plans, technical write-up work schedule while complying with the instructions

to bidders & ensuring the responsiveness of the proposal.

 ensuring that all equipments are in-line with the required specification.

 give technical clarifications to the clients / consultants / sub-contractors.

 supervise the presentations / demonstration of the suitable solution

according to the client’s requirement.

 monitoring the installation & troubleshooting of ip for video surveillance

networks, software solutions.

 general troubleshooting.

 creating & carrying out test procedures.

 supervise the installation, configuration, testing & commissioning of all it/elv

related products like access control, cctv (analog/ip), vms integration,

anpr cameras, pa system, gate barrier, intercom, smatv/iptv, fiber optic

communications, parking management system, structured cabling,

networking etc.

 handling the on-site installation & coordination related to elv systems.

 supervise the installation & configuration of wireless access points,

controllers, poe & non-poe switches & routers like aruba, cisco, tp link,

troubleshooting lan/wan issues.

 assisting in the configuration of vlan & firewalls.


