Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) that include HVAC, Lighting, Security, Fire Suppression, Power Generation, Plumbing, CCTV and Electrical.Monitors of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler Water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, fresh air handling unit, Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation elevator control in the building.

Responsible for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systemfrom an Operational Maintenance Perspective. In conjunction with Management, carry out quality and performancechecks and reviews in premises administered by the Sodexo, Healthcare Estates Department.To monitor, plan and schedule both the PPM and reactive workloads for both in-house staff and Contractors. To work with minimal supervision as requested. To continuously monitor the call list on CAFM for incoming work requests and ensureTo continuously monitor the work order list on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systemTo review on a regular basis Work Orders those has been suspended and ensure that the reason for theirsuspension is identified in the relevant section of the Work Order record on CAFM.

Candidate should have good working experience in Water Distribution Project / Schemes and proven skills to look after all stages, from conception and planning to completion and handover. Must have Project management Experience in Water/waste water/Water Treatment / Water Distribution ProjectsDevelopment of Project Plan and construction schedule.Monitoring the project progress.Build and maintain relationship with contractors, Govt. bodies, Vendors & Consultants.Preparing MIS reportsCoordination with the Client and Project planning teamFormulation of technical specifications and bill of quantitiesReview of drawings/ designs/ cost estimates and reportsProviding all required technical inputs for projects .
