1) Entry of daily purchase and sales Invoices2) Day To day entry of Cash transactions3) Perform Reconciliation of Bank accounts, Sundry creditors and debtors4) Execute inventory transfer voucher5) Maintain inventory on daily basis6) Record daily purchase7) Send payment reminders to business partners8) File monthly GST return

- Capability to incorporate manufacturing requirements in the design.- Experience in Solid Edge Software - Designing & Drafting of sheet metal items- Understand requirements and deliver on time and first time right.- Competent to perform weight calculation of assemblies / installations.- Ability to define Functional Dimensioning requirements with use of proper GD&T.- Good knowledge of drawing rules.- Exposure to sheet metal Industry is an added advantage

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Training personnel and helping to develop your skills.

Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organizations needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested Assist in preparing year-end books for audit Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities Process vendor payments and check requests Process employee reimbursements including managing employee credit card charges and reconcile credit card accounts Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule. Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization Perform basic office management duties as requested

Attending design discussions with the Engineers, Architects, and other team members.Gathering the structural and material requirements.Performing calculations on the estimated dimensions of the structure.Preparing rough sketches of the product design.Reviewing the sketches and blueprints during the meetings.Creating a design using appropriate AutoCAD software.Demonstrating the workflows with the help of a flowchart.Compiling data and specification sheets.Identifying operational faults and providing solutions to them.Redesign the design to enhance the functionality of the project.Presenting the design to the team members and taking feedback from them.Creating user manuals and update other documents on time.Finalizing the final AutoCAD model to be used for the production.Adhering to the environment and safety protocols.Storing and filing the projects for future references.Staying updated with the latest developments in the various industries.
