Marketing & Brand Building Manager (Female candidates preferred)Our Client is a fast-growing company focused on importing premium liquor products and building private-label alcohol brands across East Africa and is seeking to hire a Marketing and Brand Building Manager.Position: Marketing and Brand Building Manager.Job Description / Responsibilities Lead the launch of private label liquor brands (vodka, gin, whiskey) into the East African market. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and field activations. Oversee brand building strategies from ideation to execution. Plan and manage promotional events, tastings, and nightlife marketing efforts. Conduct consumer and competitor research to position brands effectively. Work with sales teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging in the trade. Manage creative teams and external agencies to produce impactful marketing material. Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising and alcohol promotion regulations.Qualification MBA in Marketing or a related field Experience in company own brand building from scratch. FMCG or Alcohol industry is must Familiar with GT and MT markets in Africa or regional Preferred Candidate Female professional with a passion for branding and the beverage industry. Strong experience in product launches and building new brands. Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Creative, resourceful, and results-driven.
