GENERAL DESCRIPTION-Marketing/Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the business of Surf Turf and Alampara by promoting the brand and by adding new corporate clients.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-Main responsibilities are as below but not limited to-1. Promoting the brand through different advertising methods/social media/by participating in different events/trade shows and exhibitions.2. Expanding the new business by adding more corporate clients and travel agents throughout Pondicherry, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.3. Solicits new and existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals; including, but not limited to telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, written communication.4. Closely watching the competition and market trend for planning the new strategies for business expansion.5. Responsible for preparation of business contracts6. Achieving monthly and yearly sales target and focusing on the stretched targets7. Conducting daily sales calls and arranging the inspection of corporate clients8. Providing best quality services to clients to retain the business.9. Close coordination with front office and operation department for a smooth execution of the inquiry and stay experience of the client.10. Follow the turn around time in responding to client queries.11. Daily monitoring of reviews/feedback given by the client on different websites and responding to their experiences.COMPETENCIES-1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to enhance RFP documentation templates and processes. Maintain a central repository of RFP documents, contracts, and other revenue operations-related materials for easy access and reference.
