We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Staffing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the staffing industry/ HR solutions service provider and a strong understanding of the recruitment and sales process. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and closing sales for both permanent and contract staffing solutions.Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the staffing and HR solutions service provider industry. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CHRO, HR Head, HR Managers, Recruitment Head, C-level executives) to understand their staffing and other HR service needs. Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, social media, field marketing and direct marketing. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable margins. Collaborate with internal recruitment and HR service provider teams to clients requirements with qualified candidates and other services. Stay updated on staffing/ HR solutions industry trends, job market developments, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insight to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Requirements: Proven track record of success in staffing and HR service sales, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and nurture client relationships. Experience with lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and business development strategies. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, contracts and staffing models. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
