Position Overview1. We are looking to employ a Research Consultant with a solid track record of identifying and attracting top-calibercandidates to local and international companies.2. As part of the team, you will be fully involved in the search process from day one and act as project manager on theassignments you will be involved in. This means working as a trusted advisor for our clients as well as the internal searchpartner you work for.3. You will participate in client briefings and interviews to determine the right search strategy for finding and selectingthe best-suited candidates for the different positions.4. One of the crucial steps at the beginning of a search will be to prepare material on the company and position forcandidates to get the right impression of the job opportunity.5. Next, you will identify target companies and candidates through sources and desk research and start screeningcandidates through thorough telephone interviews.6. You will develop shortlists and candidate reports for our clients and do reference and background checks in the finalstages of the process.7. The role would further include Business Research/Talent Mapping/Secondary Research, Market Mapping,Headhunting, Qualitative research, HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Active Search, Passive Search, and Data Analysis.The Ideal Candidate:1. Working as a Research Consultant with us requires a business focus, a methodical and analytical mindset, excellentcommunication skills, and high attention to detail.2. Furthermore, you need to be confident, persistent, and have a can-do attitude.3. In addition, you must have: A couple of years of work experience with business research and/or recruitment isrequired.4. A good business understanding and interest5. Job Description:As a Managing Consultant, your primary role is to manage key client accounts across pan India. Apart from this, youwill also be handling mid-senior talent requirements across legal, compliance, and secretarial roles across sectorsand organizations. The activities undertaken in this role include: Developing and managing 1-3 direct repartees with a special focus on achieving annual self and team targets. Mid-Senior level recruiting and interacting with 8-12 top brands in the IT, E-commerce, Media, Banking &Finance, Pharmaceutical sectors at any given time (6-8 open positions monthly). Providing accurate forecasts and reports on the financial pipeline for the respective region. Developing deep and strategic Senior to C-Level relationships. Helping to create and close new enterprise solutions opportunities with some of the top customers andprospects. Closely engaging with corporate talent acquisition and leadership teams (EVPs, CXOs, GeneralCounsels, CHROs) and building the right strategy and tactics for meeting the talent needs. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and senior legal professionals by building personal credibilityand trust. Conducting market research initiatives to improve insight into the nuances of a specific industry and identify theright internal market strategy. Providing post-closure support to clients and candidates to ensure a smooth integration, while avoiding anysituations that can disrupt the achievement. Sourcing and hunting new business with existing clients by doing consistent engagement with various decisionmakers and stakeholders.Preferred Other Qualifications: Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence prospective and current talent aswell as external & internal stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven networking experience in generating and maintaining talent pipelines for future growth.
