Job Title: Accounts Executive / AccountantLocation: Chembur, MumbaiSalary: Up to 20,000 per monthExperience: 13 years (Mandatory Tally experience)Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting functions. The candidate should have decent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Handling day-to-day accounting entries in TallyMaintaining books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Journal entries)Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)Managing invoices, vouchers, and expense recordsAssisting in GST-related work (data preparation, basic compliance)Coordinating with vendors and internal departments for accounts-related queriesPreparing basic MIS and account reports as requiredEnsuring accuracy and timely updating of financial recordsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience working on Tally (mandatory)Basic knowledge of accounting principlesFamiliarity with GST is an added advantageProficiency in MS ExcelDecent communication skills (verbal & written)Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesCommerce background preferred (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent)Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience: 12years in accountingReady to work from office (Chembur location)Stable job history preferred
