We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity commission based. You can either work from home or from our offices.We are in search of ambitious individuals that are interested in recruiting on an international basis.Candidate must have prior recruitment experience Role and ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.Conduct screening interviewsover the phone.Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.Required SkillsManage expectations with the hiring managers.Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.Required ExperienceMinimum of 1-8 years of recruiting experience.Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.
