Acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.Key Responsibility Areas:1) Portfolio Management, Acquisition of Classic & Family Accounts.2) Cross-sell & up sell HDFC Bank & 3rd party products i.e., LI/HI/GI/FD/MF/Loans/Demat/ Investments & Cards.3) Generate & close leads through Walk-in, Portfolio, Referrals, internet mining, market mapping, social & professional networking.4) Ensure quality customer service is delivered, resolve all complaints received within the stipulated TATs5) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance of the HDFC Bank.Eligibility:1. Qualification: Graduation is must.2. Experience: 2 to 5 years. (BFSI & NBFC Only)3. Age: up to 32 years.4.
