Designer - Residential Interior Designing (Gurugram) Work from Office MandatoryOur client based on Gurgaon -Sector 61 is seeking creative and detail-oriented Designers with a passion for crafting innovative interior spaces. The role involves creating designs that balance functionality and aesthetics while meeting the client's needs and expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop design concepts and plans in alignment with client requirements.Work closely with the project team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.Select materials, colours, furniture, and fixtures to create aesthetically pleasing spaces.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.2-3 years of experience in interior design or a related field.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.Strong eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Location: Gurgaon. You will be responsible for helping clients with their projects. You will gather information about their industry and competitors, and work with a team of experts to produce reports that meet their needs. You will also communicate with clients, keep track of deadlines, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.Your duties will include conducting sector analysis to identify trends, building target prospecting lists, creating client reports, and tracking the competition. You will also maintain an Intelligence Hub with up-to-date materials, promote the team, and focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency.You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback, and maintaining a professional appearance. You will work with your team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality. You will report to your manager and work with them to develop your skills and meet your objectives.
