As the Admissions Associate, you will be responsible for: 1. Initial qualification of the leads via calling 2. Speaking with students to understand their needs and accordingly explain the benefits of the product, answer questions etc. 3. Taking the student through the appropriate sales journey which will include multiple touch-points (email, phone, video sessions etc.) 4. Adhere to outreach and sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis 5. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline 6. Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM software 7. Providing constant feedback to the internal sales and marketing team to ensure the refinement of the sales process and messaging
