Position: Technical LeadExperience:8-10 YearsJob Location: Pune/Permanent WFHMandatory Skill :Scala with JavaLeads the technical design and development of new or enhanced software products or systems.As a product technical lead, you will provide guidance, leadership and support within a small, niche team of developers who are developing products at enterprise level. You will understand the needs of each client and ensure that each product is designed to the exact needs of every client.Scala Technical lead Developer.Not only will you lead this team, but you should also be prepared to code alongside your developers to ensure full consistency throughout. This is the part of the job where you will provide technical mentor-ship and expertise to your team. You will be a well-respected member of this team with full coverage throughout the entire project.Provide vision and set the direction for the team of talented developers to motivate them, provide guidance and promote a positive culture for the success of the team.Own the end to end delivery and timeline of features including design, development and testing.Keeping up to speed with fast paced technical landscape and recommending/implementing new technologies where applicable.
