The position has the responsibility to handle the complete security operations for whole organisation.Monitoring, designing & establishment of security process for the organisationResponsible for all security operations and Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all process and infrastructures.Demonstrate High Level of Client Engagement & Establish excellent working relationship with ClientsLiaison with local and Government bodies.Ensure timely invoicing, collection, Vendor Management and negotiationsResponsible for the purchase and contracts.Create work practices and systems at corporate level for high client satisfactionLease Agreements & Renewals.ensure regulatory compliance and pay disbursement.Coach and develop team at organisation level- directly and indirectly reporting at organisation. Impart training to Core Roles & Work closely with team for the sameProvide advice on health, safety and well being issues.Responsible for the enforcement of health and safety legislationPrepare organizational safety policy and ensure Safety standards are maintained To impart to all employees the understanding that the violation of standard safe working practices is as serious as the violation of any other company rule and shall take corrective action when safety rules are ignored and set a good safety example himselfTo make it possible for each employee to take part in the safety programme by personal contact and group discussionsProviding leadership in developing measures and practices that that prevent accidents and ensure compliance with Safety standards.Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained, and communicated to employees.Ensuring implementation & monitoring of Quality Management Systems requirements into the organizations processesEmployees KRA review progressively as well as yearly for enhancement for of operational including review,KRA and Take review of business,Management system objectives and its progress.
