We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support our management team in Kashipur. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience and hold an M.B.A or PGDM degree. We are looking for an experienced Head Rubber Technology with strong expertise in automotive rubber compounding, formulation development, and R&D leadership. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of elastomer materials and hands-on experience in developing and controlling rubber compounds for automotive applications such as seals, gaskets, hoses, bushings, mounts, dampers, and molded/extruded components. The role involves leading R&D,supervising compounding and mixing operations, ensuring batch consistency, complying with OEM standards, improving compound performance, and driving cost and process optimization.

Knowledge of Rotry blowing machines, Knowledge of Blow moulding in depth & other equipment on the line like filler , conveyor, sleeve applicator etc is required, Responsible for efficiently running the line as per rated capacity, CO-ORDINATES WITH Filler Operator, Line Chemist, and Shift Engineer
