Position Name: - DY Manager EHSLocation: - Pune Experience: - BE (Mechanical/Production/Electrical/ chemical) and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety with 5-8 Years of experience in manufacturing Industry in safety function.Eligibility / Qualification Criteria: - BE (Mechanical/Production/Electrical) and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE approved institute, preferably from Central Labor Institute. Pre-requisite : a. Knowledge of legal Compliance related to industrial Safety.b. Knowledge of safety in fabrication/ automobile/ heavy engineering c. Good communication and presentation skills d. Should able to communicate in Marathi Languagee. Implementation of IMSJob Responsibility:The person will be responsible for the day to day execution of Industrial Safety activity.A) Activity1. Conduct safety inspection, risk assessment of all section/ units of plants2. Organize audits , meeting with top management on safety3. Reporting and Investigating incidents, accidents, near misses and ensuring CAPA Compliance4. Prevention of unsafe practices in factory premises, using various methods/ technics5. Monitoring work permit system & PPE compliance in company premises6. To carry out monitoring of environment-related parameters.7. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.8. Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.9. Oversee disposal of hazardous waste10. Carry out lifting equipment and accessories inspection and certification.11. Implementation of contractor safety Management12. Implementation of chemical safety management, including compliance to MSDS13. IT InfrastructureManages the IT setup in the Manufacturing Plant and ensure that all installed technologies operates efficiently. Evaluate and commission next gen technologies to facilitate business. Plans, acquires, and coordinates installation of in-house / remote hardware and corresponding security devices across the organizations network. Troubleshooting & Monitoring and checking utilization of LAN, WAN connectivity. Maintaining and troubleshooting internet lines and network. Setting up and running companywide secured LAN and WAN for availably of unified network to operate business seamlessly.Technical Competencies:Expertise in operating software, AD, IBM Lotus Notes, MS O365, hardware and network systems.Knowledge in of Security System including cyber security syste, server solutions, technology available to setup IT infrastructure, Project management, platform for all generic applications including SAP, databases.
