Handling incoming calls and emails related to admissions. Providing accurate and relevant information to prospective students about the admission process, course details, eligibility criteria, and fees structure. Coordinating with various departments for resolving student queries and ensuring a smooth admission process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all student inquiries and applications using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ensuring timely follow-up with prospective students to complete the admission process. Assisting in the preparation of admission reports and other related documents. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
