Position SummaryThe Sales Specialist / Regional Manager West position is for a high-energy, detail-oriented, multi-tasking individual to work with Distributors and Retailers in West India . You will be responsible for all aspects of the New Age Mobile Apps volume-selling in fast growing smart phone market in West India. This position is based in Mumbai and work from home to begin with .Responsibilities- To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling Mobile Apps into target segment.- Responsible for all aspects of the selling process - Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close and Administer for all volume business in a designated territory- Generate leads by using field networking / social media / databases and other sales tools- Schedule meetings/demos when qualified leads are identified- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in syncNscan.- Report on daily/weekly/ monthly sales activity, sales forecasts and other quantifiable sales objective measurementsDesired Skills and Experience- Min. 3 years successful sales experience with OEMs or leading distributors of Smartphones in West India. Selling experience of Mobile Apps (Gaming, Security etc.) would be added advantage.. If working for insurance (General) industry, you may also like to consider this career defining opportunity.- Network of relationships with large distributors in respective territory- Excellent oral and written communications skills (English and regional language), especially via phone/web presentation- Capacity to develop trust over the phone with prospects.- Strong numerical orientation, and proven sense of urgency towards weekly / monthly sales target.Bachelors degree or equivalent from a reputed institute with good academic record
