A service technician is a skilled worker that can operate in a variety of industries to provide services and repairs. The service technician, also known as a field service technician, mainly goes to the customer's location to fix problematic machines or equipment that cannot easily be moved due to size or connections with outer systems.

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provideappropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customerrequirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary productmodifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of MM Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
