Responsibilities Operate & maintain, and repair high voltage electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues. Perform routine maintenance and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineers and project managers. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Test electrical systems and components for functionality. Responsibilities Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc. Analyse the behaviour of the plants with respect to the set point and setting up the various control parameters. Use the historical logged data of various plants to review the system and propose improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency and / or reduce the operation cost as well as improve the services provided. Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff whenever an error or alarm is encountered.
