1. Designing and Implementing PEGA application/framework based solutions. 2. 4+ years of Pega developer experience. 3. Must have designed and developed at least 2 projects on Pega 7.2/7.3 platform. 4. Must have Pega CSSA Certification. 5. Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP. 6. Knowledge of Insurance domain will be an advantage. 7. Strong understanding on Application Security. 8. Ability to execute development of Reusable Assets, Code Reviews and IT Governance for Pega Practice. 9. Working knowledge on advanced Pega OOTB integration (Data mapping for services and connectors) 10. Should have knowledge on Rules Resolution 11. Should have working experience in Pega frameworks (PUI and PBI). 12. Working knowledge on Performance Tuning Tools (PAL, Log Analyzer, DB Tracer) 13. Working knowledge on SMA (System Management Administrator) tool 14. Should have working knowledge Pega authentication and authorization. 15. Should have working knowledge of BIX.
