Roles & Responsibilities:-1) Recruit and Activate advisors as per plan (activation on a monthly basis)2) Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.3) Establish interpersonal business relationship to facilitate work activities.4) Conduct meeting with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same. (ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency).5) Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face to face or digitally.6) Review with reporting manager on a weekly basis7) Attend all meeting and training programs conducted by management & Ensure 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis.

The Analysts mandate is to oversee all aspects of the fund, including the following: Overseeing the funds investment and operations, sourcing investment opportunities conducting due diligence (financial, legal and regulatory) and risk analysis. Merger and Acquisition Structuring and negotiating investment terms. The Fund Analyst is expected to develop and refine potential investment opportunities and pipeline. Liaise with Financial institutions to seek information and keep abreast of latest developments in Real Estate sector. Transaction Risk management. Process control, management and deal compliance. Work out different financial models and analyze the impact on various investment options. Analyze and work out the financials for the deal. Analyze incoming real estate (residential, commercial, or industrial) opportunities in order to assist in growth of the real estate portfolio. Coordinate with developers to make disbursements in accordance with approved budgets and work programme. Present analytical reporting, performance reporting and valuation.

Job Responsibility :-Checking documents before rolling out the offer.Rolling out LOI, Offer Letters & Employee contract.On boarding- End to End Recruitment.Headcount changes like manager or process change.Exit Formalities.Various HR reports.Handling employee queries.Prepare hiring plan and end to end hiring coordination through various vendor and internal team.Preparing payroll statement and coordinates with finance department for disbursing salary for the employees on monthly basis.Will be responsible for all statutory related works like PF, ESIC, Bonus and Labour Department works.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. As an Oracle EPM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle EPM solutions, specifically PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), and TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service).Responsibilities:- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle EPM solutions to meet the organization's financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting needs.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.- Configure Oracle EPM applications based on best practices and ensure data integrity and accuracy.- Provide support and training to end-users on Oracle EPM applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver successful Oracle EPM projects.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS).- Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.- Experience in designing data integrations between Oracle EPM applications and other systems.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.- Oracle certification in EPM is a plus.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for Oracle EPM technology and a proven track record of successful implementations, we would love to hear from you.
