Must to Have: Any Product Selling Experience is MandatoryWorking days: 6 days in a week (Rotational Week off 1 day either Tuesday or Wednesday), Candidates must be willing to work on Rotational Shifts (Shift Timings: 8 am to 4.30 pm/ 10.00 am to 6.30 pm/ 11.30 am to 8 pm)Work Location: Kotturpuram, ChennaiDesired Profile:1. Total of 3+ years hard core Tele-sales experience in Out bound calls from any industry.2. Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment3. Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes4. Should have very good convincing skills5. Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingualRoles & Responsibilities:1. To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.2. To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis3. Convert leads to Customer site visits4. To explain our projects in details to the customers5. To answer customer queries promptly6. Able to coordinate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.7. Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
