We are seeking an honest, responsible and efficient individual to join one of the fastest growing Real Estate Company in nashik.Job Details: Position: HR Executive & Admin AssistantQualification: Any UG/PG (HR/MPM/PGDBM)Experience: 2-3 years.Work Days: 6 days a week (10:30 am to 7:30 pm)Job Location: NashikSkills Required:Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills.Ability to build rapport with the team.Roles and Responsibilities:Identifying manpower requirements, taking them up to the HR Head for approvalCreating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment processCreating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activitiesReviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment processContacting with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on timeHandling the orientation of new employeesConducting training sessions for old and new employees of the organizationEnsuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organization, the work environmentHandling performance management procedure and appraisalsMaintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when requiredConducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulationsOverseeing safety and health of the employeesHandling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization
