Our Client a leading Furniture Retail Chain in GCC is looking for a Retail Sales Executives and Customer Service Executives for their Stores in UAE and Oman. You should have minimum 2 years experience in Retail Store Sales and possess good communication skills in English, Highly presentable and very confident professional.Interview at Delhi Connaught Place on 22nd December Responsibilities:Greet and receive customers in a welcoming mannerRespond to Customers questions, improving engagement with our merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.Operating our cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.Directing customers to merchandise within the store.Increasing store sales.Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandiseIntroducing promotions and opportunities to customers.Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.Experience and Qualifications+2 years relevant retail experienceBachelors degreeExcellent customer serviceMeeting sales goalsProduct knowledgePeople skillsDependabilityExcellent communication skills
