The Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for managing the partnership between the bank and insurance company to promote and sell insurance products. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, training bank staff on insurance products, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree, 1-7 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The Bancassurance Manager is expected to be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and banking regulations. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata, India, with the requirement to work from the office.
