We are seeking a Research Associate to deliver data driven insights and strategic recommendations that inform campaign decisions and amplify public engagement.Job Details Tenure: Full Time Experience Required: 1-3 years Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu CTC: 5-6 LPA Language English, Tamil (Mandatory)Job Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on political issues, policies, and competitors. Prepare comprehensive reports and white papers on key political topics. Analyze public opinion, surveys, and focus group insights. Provide data-driven insights to enhance campaign messaging and political strategies.Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in political research, policy analysis, or public affairs. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling research reports and presentations. Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
