Min 10 to 15 Years of experience in IR, Statutory , Union Handling

Plant Maintenance , CNC , VMC Maintenance , Electrical Maiantenance

Worked as a production engineer on CED and powder coating line.Used SAP for production data entry, material issue tracking and consumption updates.Maintained 5S, safety and process discipline on shop floor.Applied TPM to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment availability.Performed daily OEE tracking and rejection analysis to identify improvement areas.
