Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Amazon & Myntra)Experience Required:Minimum 6 months to 2 years in E-commerce operations(Mandatory experience on Amazon & Myntra seller panels)Location: [Mention location]Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description (JD):We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing Amazon & Myntra marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day online operations, order processing, product listings, coordination with logistics, and sales support.Key Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon & MyntraCreate & optimize product listings (title, description, images, pricing)Handle order processing, invoicing, returns & refundsCoordinate with warehouse/logistics partnersMonitor inventory levels and avoid stock-outsManage pricing, offers, discounts & promotionsHandle customer queries & escalations via marketplace panelsTrack sales reports, performance metrics & dashboardsEnsure compliance with marketplace policiesCoordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, marketing)Mandatory Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Myntra Partner Portal Product listing & catalog management Order management & inventory control Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing & returns MS Excel (VLOOKUP, reports, data tracking) Good communication & coordination skills Ability to work with deadlines & targetsGood to Have (Added Advantage):Knowledge of ads/promotions on Amazon or MyntraExperience in multiple marketplacesUnderstanding of logistics & reverse logisticsBasic understanding of e-commerce analyticsQualification Required: Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BA preferred) MBA (E-commerce / Marketing / Operations) Preferred but not mandatoryPractical experience on Amazon & Myntra is more important than degree
