Monitor the technical performance of games including server code performance and devise solutions to address server-client communication issues, bugs, and crashes., Implement interactive functionality as per communicated design Communicate with other team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate assets. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the Games.Desired Candidate Profile : Experience supporting all stages of the development lifecycle, Hands-on experience in Games Development with Unity or Cocos game engines, Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Concepts, Experience in Socket Programming (multiplayer games), Good mathematical and problem-solving skills, Ability to review code and game Ability to work in cross-platform environments (Android, iOS & Windows)

Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of its core principles. 3+ Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Experience in developing REST APIs Experience working with relational databases Comfortable working across the full web stack Writing clean and quality code Experience with any version control system like git Have a no-compromise attitude when it comes to user experience Always up for a challenge Committed to the growth of the company and shouldn't mind working long hours as and when needed.
