The role requires experienced sales professionals capable of driving high-quality customer interactions and conversions during night shifts.Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients in the US market through outbound calling.Effectively pitch products/services and convert leads into sales.Maintain CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups.Meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.Experience: 12 years of experience in International BPO or outbound US sales process.Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates.Language Skills: Fluent in English.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Up to 45,000 (based on experience and performance)Perks & Benefits:Performance-based incentivesBoth-side cab facility provided by the companyMeal allowanceAnnual increment and appraisal policyOpportunities for career growthSupportive work environment
