We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Information Technology. This position is located in Silvassa and requires a strong background in IT management and leadership. Key Responsibilities:- **IT Strategy Development**: Create and implement IT strategies that align with the companys goals, ensuring the technology supports overall business plans.- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.- **System Management**: Oversee the management of all IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and effective.- **Budget Management**: Handle the IT budget, making strategic decisions about technology investments and ensuring cost-effective operations.- **Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that services meet company needs.- **Project Oversight**: Lead IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards.Required Skills and Expectations:- A minimum of 5 to 11 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leadership in technology roles.- Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, software, and hardware, as well as experience in managing IT projects.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and executives.- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive.
