Job Title: Senior Form work Design EngineerLocation: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office: Dilsukhnagar; Factory: Siddipet District)Salary: Negotiable (During probation: 90,000 per month consolidated pay)Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Formwork Design Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves preparing and managing aluminium formwork designs, supervising junior designers, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review formwork designs for concrete structures according to project specifications.Lead and guide the design team to ensure timely and accurate output.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and production teams for design approvals.Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company guidelines.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.Address and resolve technical issues in coordination with project teams.Participate in client meetings to discuss design requirements and solutions.Support estimation and quotation preparation in coordination with internal teams.Continuously improve design processes and efficiency.Qualifications and Skills:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork design (aluminium formwork preferred).Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools.Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
