Job Description For Sales Associate / Sales Executive :A sales associate/ sales executive is responsible for guiding a team of sales associates to achieve targets set by the organisation. In addition to increasing sales, the managers also oversee sales plans, analyse data to help with strategic decision-making and train members of the team.Roles : Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers. Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals.Work on building a new strong team.Skills :Active listening,strong communication,positive outlooks, motivation, discipline,transparency and goal-driven mindsets.Qualification :Bachelors degree in marketing or any domain will also work,MBA preferred.2-3 years of work experience as sales manager.Working days :6 days working (Sundays are fixed off)Working hours :10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Additional Compensation :Incentives,Bonus,PF Deduction
